  Moon  landing

Standing on the roof of my old house in London, and looking upwards into the dark skies, sometimes the moon seemed so close I felt could touch it.

These Moon Landing artworks explore our relationship and connection with nature, especially for those who live in cities.
They are inspired by the beautiful book The Distance of the Moon* by Italo Calvino.

The little red dot... always a lovely thing to behold. And even better when you find out who’s bought your work: you can imagine your piece in their place... kinda fitting it’s the 50th anniversary of the moon landings today ?#art #artist #artistoninstagram #moon #london #print #photopolymer #nasa #moonlanding #50yearstoday #apollo50th #earthrise #apollo11
