exploring our connection with wilderness
Earth, air, fire, ice, water.
In the past few years I’ve creatively experienced and studied the elements.
Water and ice in a sailing expedition with artists and scientists to a remote part of the arctic.
Earth and fire through a trip to Burning Man.
Air through my experiences as a certified paragliding club pilot.
I believe that we are part of nature and working with it is key to our survival as a species and that there’s a ‘wild’ side is in all of us.

Arctic expedition - JOURNEY TO 73° NORTH
An expedition to one of the planets last wildernesses, with a diverse group of artists and scientists.
We sailed to a remote part of Eastern Greenland on a 1951 German wooden sailing boat, named Opal.
My aim: to experience and creatively document one of the worlds last wildernesses.
